The famous Beehive

On our first full day in Wellington, we spent the day exploring all the different areas of the City Centre. We marvelled at the lack of shoppers, compared to home, and as you can see by Jen's dishevelled state on the picture, encountered yet more of Welly's wind! We found the parliament buildings - the famous Beehive, and also saw the oldest church in the country (and possibly the Southern Hemisphere!), Old St Pauls, a really cute wooden church.
